Council of Governors meeting papers

The Council of governors meets formally four times a year.

There are also three sub-committees;

• the Performance and Strategy sub-committee,
• the Patient Quality and Experience sub-committee
• the Membership and Engagement sub-committee.

The annual members' meeting is also held in September each year.
