The Council of Governors meet four times a year.  Members of the public are welcome to attend to listen to the discussions.  There is an opportunity to ask a question at the beginning of the meeting or to submit questions prior to the meeting to the membership office.

• Thursday 14 February from 4.30pm-7.30pm in lecture theatre 1, King's Mill Conference Centre at King's Mill Hospital.  The nearest car park is number 9 located at the back of the hospital site.
• Thursday 9 May from 4.30pm-7.30pm in lecture theatre 1, King's Mill Conference Centre at King's Mill Hospital.  The nearest car park is number 9 located at the back of the hospital site.
• Thursday 15 August from 4.30-7.30pm in King's Mill or Newark (venue to be confirmed)
• Thursday 14 November from 4.30-7.30pm in King's Mill or Newark (venue to be confirmed)

Annual Members' Event and Annual General Meeting 2012 - Tuesday 25 September 2012

4.00-7.00pm, King's Mill Conference Centre, King's Mill Hospital, Sutton-in-Ashfield

All members of Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are invited to our Annual General Meeting and Members' Event where they will hear a review of the Trust’s achievements and activities over the past year and approval of the annual accounts. Plus a look forward to the year ahead.

This year's AGM is scheduled to take place on Thursday 19 September 2013 - subject to confirmation.
