Cheering up the children
Many thanks go to the volunteers from Ashfield Community Signpost who donated a trolley-load of Easter eggs to the children's ward at King's Mill Hospital on 10 April.
Cakes raise cash
Well done to Kate Draper, Antonia Younger, Aimee Hurst and Georgina Younger from Ashfield School, who organised a cake sale and raised £130 for the Neonatal Unit at King's Mill Hospital.
Ladybrook boosts patient care
Three cheers for Tammy Jarvis and the team at the Ladybrook Public House, Ladybrook Lane Mansfield, who have raised £925 for the MRI scanner Appeal and £925 for the Neonatal Unit by holding an auction night, family fun day, ladies night, raffles and a Wednesday lunchtime bingo Ccub, which is still ongoing. The brewery (Marsdons) also supported the Trust by donating £500 to each of the funds (included in the total).
