For general enquiries, please call our switchboard on 01623 622515. Our switchboard operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Appointments

If you have a question about a hospital appointment please contact our dedicated appointments helpline on 01623 672383. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Or, alternatively you can email us at sfh-tr.booking@nhs.net.

If, for any reason, you are not able to keep your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible so that your appointment can be given to another patient.

We are committed to providing our patients with the best quality of care but acknowledge that we do not always meet expectations.

If you have any concerns or a complaint about your experience or the care you have received, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure we make improvements.
