In October 2021, we held our Reconnect and Recognition event in London. We were joined by over 50 of our members for an event that was designed to bring our Proud2bOps Community back together to learn, share and enjoy time with each other face to face for the first time in over 18 months.

We were joined by special guests Amanda Pritchard, Chief Executive Officer, NHSEI Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, NHS Confederation and Hugh McCaughey, National Director of Improvement, NHSEI, to name a few. They provided insight into their reflections of the value and achievements of Operational Leaders through the pandemic and looking forward.
