ABC (AFFECTED BY CANCER)
Target – Anybody affected by cancer.
Summary – Practical support, friendship and mindfulness sessions for cancer patients, family, friends and carers.
Details – Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month 1.30pm-3.30pm at Ashfield Wellbeing Centre, Portland Street, Kirkby in Ashfield, Notts. NG17 7AE

ALORAFOCUS
Target – For anyone affected by cancer, or other life changing illness, from diagnosis through to treatment and recovery. Partners, relatives and friends, and carers welcome. Covers Mansfield and surrounding areas.
Summary – A warm friendly welcome is offered at meetings and various complementary therapies are free to all group members. Social outings and theme nights. Library of books, information and CDs. Help can be provided with transport to meeting. Home support offered for those unable to attend meetings.
Details – Meetings: 1st and 3rd Monday of the month 6.30 pm – 9.00 pm, at Patchills Centre, off Eakring Road, Mansfield, Notts. NG18 3BS. £1 fee.

BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP, NEWARK
Target – For all affected by breast cancer, including carers, family, friends, in Newark and Sherwood.
Summary – A small, friendly group with monthly meetings for an informal chat, friendship, support and social events.
Details - Meetings: 4th Wednesday of each month, 7.00pm-9.00pm, Aura Business Centre, Manners Road, Newark, NG24 1BS. £1 contribution towards tea and biscuits.

BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP (AMAZON), SUTTON IN ASHFIELD
Target – For breast cancer patients, their friends, families and carers from Ashfield, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
Summary - A self-help group that aims to support women at any time during or after treatment. One-to-one support is available during meetings.
Details - Meetings: 2nd Tuesday (except August), 7.30pm-9.00pm, Amazon Lounge, Breast Care Unit, Women & Children’s Centre, King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 4JL. There are no charges.

HEADS2GETHER
Target – Anyone affected by head and neck cancer, and their carers, relatives and friends.
Summary – A support group of head and neck cancer patients aimed at supporting those who are newly diagnosed through their journey and beyond.
Details – The Nottingham Group meets on the first Wednesday of each month at The Maggie’s Centre, Near Gate 3 at the City Hospital site, Nottingham from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

IMPACT CANCER SUPPORT
Target – Anyone affected by cancer, and their carers, relatives and friends.
Summary – Support for anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis and their families, with an opportunity to get to know people with shared experiences.

Target – Our services offer guidance, support, education and information to anyone affected by Neuroendocrine Cancer.
Summary – We offer support, Patient Education Meetings, Information Guides and videos, Natter groups, discussion forums, counselling and fund research into patient focused issues.

Target – For those affected by cancer in Newark and environs.
Summary – A group providing support and friendship to anyone affected by cancer, including people living with and beyond a diagnosis, family members and carers.

Target - For anyone affected with a Colostomy, Ileostomy or Urostomy.
Summary – To support new and existing ostomates, their partners, and carers, in coping with life changing situations, by sharing experiences and practical suggestions.
