Sherwood Forest Hospitals is committed to engaging and constantly updating colleagues with news, events, training and more. Here's a few ways you can keep up to date.

The Bulletin

The Bulletin is shared with all Trust staff every Thursday, and it includes the latest Trust news, updates, training and development opportunities, events, health and wellbeing and recognition. 

The Bulletin also gives the opportunity for staff to send in information from their department.

TeamSFH Brief

Briefings are done live every other Tuesday, and is hosted by an Executive staff member and showcases work being done around the Trust with presentations given by guest speakers. 

The briefings give staff the opportunity to watch live and ask the host and speakers questions throughout.

Staff Facebook group

Staff and the Trust update the closed page with posts as and when required.

The staff Facebook group allows the Trust to share news and information but also allows staff to have a forum to share their thoughts, thanks and praise, information about their departments and to ask questions that their colleagues may be able to answer.

Intranet

Departments within the Trust have their own pages which are updated regularly by the editor for each department.

Pages are also available for systems, projects, staff networks, wellbeing information, clinical information and much more.

The Cascade

Line managers will receive The Cascade on an ad-hoc basis with relevant with the ‘top line’ information to cascade to staff in their area.

The Cascade typically includes information about changes to car parking, financial restrictions, new clinical systems and other important Trust information.
