DAISY Awards
Have you experienced exceptional care from our nursing teams that you would like to recognise? If so why not nominate them for a DAISY Award?
Nominations can be made by patients, families and co-workers if they have witnessed care that has gone above and beyond.

Complete the form and send it to sfh-tr.daisyawards@nhs.net.
Applications will then be judged by the DAISY judging panel and people who get an award will be presented with a certificate and a token gift to recognise their dedication.
TULIP Award
Our Touching Unique Lives in Practice award and to recognise and give a well-deserved thank you to our colleagues at #TeamSFH that provide outstanding care to patients and the local community.
Everyone that gets recognised will receive a certificate, and an exclusive TULIP pin badge.

Excellence Awards
Every year we hold our main awards event – Excellence Awards - where we recognise and celebrate our colleagues, teams and volunteers from across the Trust, who, throughout the year, have gone above and beyond in their role and contributed to excellent patient care.
The annual ceremony, which is funded entirely thanks to contributions from generous corporate sponsors and charitable donations, aims to celebrate the Trust’s army of staff and volunteers – including everyone from doctors, nurses and surgeons to porters, cleaners and other support staff.
There is a special category in these awards - The People's Award - which is open to patients and the public to nominate an individual or team that has delivered outstanding care.
Nominations open in the summer each year.
