Tell us what you think about your hospital care

We encourage our patients to give their opinion on the service they received at King’s Mill, Mansfield Community and Newark hospitals through the NHS England initiative Friends and Family Test.

The test gives patients the opportunity to provide feedback on care and treatment and asks one question: “How likely is it that you would recommend this service to a friend or your family?”

Seeking and acting on patient feedback is key to improving the quality of our healthcare services and putting patients at the centre of what we do.

You can also complete a test for the Emergency Department via a text message alert.

Enhancing people’s experience of the Trust’s services is a key goal of the organisation’s improvement initiatives, and the Friends and Family test plays an important role in assessing expectations, experience and satisfaction.
