If you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements for you, and offer your original appointment to another patient.  Last year 30,000 patients did not attend their appointment at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.  The cost of this to the Trust was around £3,000,000.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturdays from 8.00am to 1.00pm.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and do not let us know, unfortunately we will need to discharge you from our care. This means that you will need to go back to your GP if you require another appointment.
