MiSSTI - On-line Booking

MiSSTI - On-line Booking

As part of our new service, My-Sexual-Health are developing an on-line booking service for individuals wishing to attend for a Mini Screen for Sexually Transmitted Infections or “MiSSTI”.

This MiSSTI service screens you for genital gonorrhoea and chlamydia, as well as syphilis and HIV infection.

The MiSSTI service is only suitable if you are asymptomatic, that is you do not have any symptoms suggestive of an infection (such as discharge, pain passing urine, rashes, lumps/bumps or pain in the abdomen or testes).

Additionally, the MiSSTI service is only suitable if you:

are over 18 years of age

have not been in sexual contact with a person known to have an STI,

are not pregnant (females only);

are not a man who have sex with men (males only);

have not been sexually assaulted.

By making an on-line booking for a MiSSTI screen, you are confirming that you fit the above criteria. Should you attend and this not be the case, then you will be required to make an alternative appointment via the central booking number: 01623672260

Although we encourage individuals to have a full STI screen, there may be instances where you only require a limited screen:
- this might be a self test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea
- a HIV test.

Either can be done through attendance at a My-Sexual-Health clinic but, alternatively, certain risk groups can access postal HIV testing kits free of charge by visiting the website;
young persons can access free postal chlamydia/gonorrhoea tests by visiting

If you request a test, remember to return it !
