The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will be held on Monday 24 September from 4.30pm until 6.30pm at the King's Mill Conference Centre, Sutton in Ashfield.

This year’s AGM will feature a personal wellbeing ‘healthcheck’ for Trust members, public and staff from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, as well as our official AGM meeting from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

The AGM will look back on Sherwood Forest Hospitals’ performance for 2017/18, and will provide an opportunity to help shape the Trust’s plans and strategy for the coming years. There will also be the opportunity for public, members and stakeholders to ask questions.

The Trust’s Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2018 which will be presented can be viewed or downloaded on the Trust website, and a summary report will be available on the night.

John MacDonald, Chair of Sherwood Forest Hospitals said:

”The year 2017/18 was one of continued improvement and high achievement, despite unprecedented pressures for both the Trust and the NHS as a whole. We were also delighted to be officially rated as ‘Good’ overall and ‘Outstanding’ for our care by the Care Quality Commission in August 2018.

“The AGM is an opportunity to celebrate some of that work, but also for members and the public to ask us more about our progress and future plans.  I’d encourage anyone with an interest in our hospitals to attend on the day.”

New members are always welcome – more information on how to become a member and the benefits of membership can be found on the SFH website: www.sfh-tr.nhs.uk.
