Hospital Trust plans series of special services to remember those we have lost

Sherwood Forest Hospitals Chaplains have arranged a series of special services to remember those who have passed away at our hospitals.
On Wednesday 27 November there will be an Intensive Care Advent service of remembrance held at 11.30am at the Faith Centre at King’s Mill Hospital, followed by refreshments.
On Friday 29 November there will be a special children and baby memorial service held at 7pm in the Faith Centre at King’s Mill Hospital.
On Wednesday 4 December at 7pm there will be a service to remember the special people in your life who have died. This will be held in the Outpatients area of Newark Hospital.
On Thursday 5 December at 7pm and Thursday 12 December at 7pm there will be a service to remember the special people in your life who have died. These will be held at King’s Mill Hospital’s Faith Centre.
Lead Chaplain at the Trust, Edith Dawson said: “We know that the festive season can be difficult for those who have lost someone, so we thought we would do a series of services to give families and friends the chance to remember their loved ones that they have lost. Anyone is welcome to attend a service, please just let us know if you would like to come along.”
