We have taken the decision to temperature scan all visitors attending our hospitals. This will not include any patient who is attending for an appointment or members of staff.
On arrival to the main entrance visitors will be greeted by the Meet and Greet Team who will swiftly undertake a infra-red contactless temperature recording. Any visitor with a recording of 37.8 degrees or more will be regretfully declined entry into the hospital.
We do hope you understand that this is a necessary measure to reduce the risk of possible transmission, which will support the on-going safety of our inpatients and staff. Thank you.
