This website here is produced by Nottinghamshire County Council and is particularly good for finding cycle-friendly local routes.
Nottinghamshire County Council also promote the CycleStreets website. This is an excellent resource for finding a variety of routes that can range from the fastest route to a route that prioritise using the quietest streets. This website will even estimate how many calories you will burn and how much carbon dioxide you will save by avoiding using the car!
