Bereavement Centre

We are here to help following the death of a loved one.

We help with:

  • Getting a death certificate
  • Formally registering the death
  • Referral of a death to the Coroner.

You will need to call us so that we can take essential details first before we meet you.

Calling us the day after the death is best. If we are not available when you call, you can leave a voicemail message and we will call you back shortly after.

Please don’t visit us without an appointment. If you do you could have a lengthy wait to see someone, and we would not wish to cause you any unnecessary additional distress at very a difficult time.

Our phone number is:

01623 622515, ext. 4189 or 4190
